It's also identified by the synonym '' CC chemokine STCP-1 or C-C motif chemokine 22 '', it's a Liquid who targets the Human MDC and that able to recognize, detecte and quantificate the endogenous levels of both recombinant and naturally produced Human MDC proteins, within any experimental sample including cell lysates, serum and plasma. It's a natural killer cells and chemotactic factor for monocytes and dendritic cells. It's can be employed to trafficke the effector or activated Tlymphocytes to inflammatory sites. It has no chemoattractant activity for resting T-lymphocytes and neutrophils. But for the primary activated T-lymphocytes is a mild chemoattractant however it's a potent chemoattractant for chronically activated T-lymphocytes. It's has a colorimetric 450 nm as a detection method, within the range of 8-500 pg/ml.
