Description
PSA (Human) OmniKine ELISA Kit is produced by Assay Biotech Company. It's also identified by the synonym '' Prostate-specific antigen or Gamma-seminoprotein, '', it's a Liquid who targets the Human PSA and that able to recognize, detecte and quantificate the endogenous levels of both recombinant and naturally produced Human PSA proteins, within any experimental sample including cell lysates, serum and plasma. It's 100 times more abundant in semen than in serum. Kallikrein 3 / PSA (prostate-specific antigen) hydrolyzes semenogelin1, while driving seminal coagulum to liquefy, which is subsequently strongly inhibited by Zn2 +. This inhibition is attenuated by exposure to semenogelins (greedy zinc binders). It's has a colorimetric 450 nm as a detection method, within the range of 938-60000 pg/ml.
