It's also identified by the synonym '' Cathepsin B or APP secretase '', it's a Liquid who targets the Human Pro-Cathepsin B and that able to recognize, detecte and quantificate the endogenous levels of both recombinant and naturally produced Human Pro-Cathepsin B proteins, within any experimental sample including cell lysates, serum and plasma. Cathepsin B acts as an endopeptidase, as well as an aminopeptidase (cleaving Arg|-Xaa bonds). It's important for the overall proteins degradation in lysosomes.
