The OmniKine Human EG-VEGF ELISA can be used to recognize both of recombinant and naturally produced (by human) Human EG-VEGF proteins. Antigens tested at 50 ng/ml and showed less than 1% cross reactivity are : • Human: Prokineticin-2. Those tested at 50 ng/ml and did not showed at all a significant interference or cross reactivity : • Human: EGF, FGF-16, PDGF-AB, PDGF-BB, PlGF, RANTES, flt3-L, GM-CSF, PDGF-AA, VEGF165, VEGF121, SCF. • Murine: EGF, GM-CS, flt3-L, SCF, VEGF • Rat: SCF.
