The OmniKine Human IL-12 ELISA can be used to recognize both recombinant and naturally produced (by human) Human IL-12 proteins. Antigens tested at 50 ng/ml and showed 100% cross reactivity are : • Human: IL-12p40, IL-12p80. The following antigens were tested at 50 ng/ml and did not showed at all a significant cross reactivity : • Human: IFN-gamma, IL-17A, IL-17B, IL-17D, IL-17E, IL-17F, IL-10, IL-16 (121 aa), IL-16 (130 aa) • Rat: IFN-gamma • Murine: IFN-gamma, IL-10, IL-12, IL-12p40
