The OmniKine Rat MCP-1 ELISA can be used to reconize both recombinant and naturally produced Rat MCP-1 proteins. The following antigens were tested at 50 ng/ml and showed less than 1% cross reactivity. • Human: GROgamma, MCP-1, MCP-3, MCP-4, MIP-1alpha • Rat: MIP-1alpha, MIP-1beta • Murine: MCP-3, MCP-5, MIP-1alpha.
