It's also identified by the synonym '' Vascular endothelial growth factor D '', it's a Liquid who targets the Human VEGF-D and that is a homodimer; it is also non-covalent and antiparallel. It's able to recognize, detecte and quantificate the endogenous levels of both recombinant and naturally produced Human VEGF-D proteins, within any experimental sample including cell lysates, serum and plasma. VEGF-D is an active growth factor in angiogenesis, endothelial cell growth and lymphangio genesis, to affecte the permeability of blood vessels, and also to stimulate their proliferation and migration. VEGF-D may play a role in the formation of venous and lymphatic vascular systems during embryogenesis. It's has a colorimetric 450 nm as a detection method, within the range of 32-2000 pg/ml.
