The antiserum was produced against synthesized phospho-peptide derived from human CD71 around the phosphorylation site of Tyr20.
Purification
The antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using phospho peptide. The antibody against non-phospho peptide was removed by chromatography using corresponding non-phospho peptide.
Specificity
CD71 (Phospho-Tyr20) antibody detects endogenous levels of CD71 only when phosphorylated at Tyr20.
