The antiserum was produced against synthesized phospho-peptide derived from human HSP27 around the phosphorylation site of Ser78/Ser82.

Purification

The antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using phospho peptide. The antibody against non-phospho peptide was removed by chromatography using corresponding non-phospho peptide.

Specificity

HSP27 (Phospho-Ser78/S82) antibody detects endogenous levels of HSP27 only when phosphorylated at Ser78/Ser82.
