The antiserum was produced against synthesized phospho-peptide derived from human DDX3 around the phosphorylation site of Tyr69.
Purification
The antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using phospho peptide. The antibody against non-phospho peptide was removed by chromatography using corresponding non-phospho peptide.
Specificity
DDX3 (Phospho-Tyr69) antibody detects endogenous levels of DDX3 only when phosphorylated at Tyr69.
